Who we are *
Mt. Pleasant Cheer & Training is a youth cheer organization dedicated exclusively to the development of cheer athletes in our community.
We are coaches, parents, and leaders who believe cheer deserves focused attention, strong technical training and thoughtful program growth. Our athletes are at the center of every decision we make.
We are committed to:
Building confidence through skill progression
Teaching proper technique in stunting, tumbling and jumps
Creating a positive, structured and safe team environment
Communicating clearly and operating with transparency
Reinvesting directly into our athletes and programs
We believe cheer is more than sideline support — it’s strength, discipline, teamwork and leadership.
At Mt. Pleasant Cheer & Training, we are building a sustainable program designed to grow with our athletes season after season.
We build athletes. We work hard.
We train seriously.
We proudly provide opportunities for a range of ages and experience levels:
Kindergarten & 1st Grade Clinics – Fun, foundational skill-building and confidence development
Winter Basketball Cheer (Grades 2–6) – Supporting our CYO Holy Rosary teams while building strong fundamentals and continuing the sideline season!
Traditional Competitive Cheer (Ages 5-12) – Focused training in tumbling, stunting, jumps, and performance at local and regional competitions
Specialty Clinics & Skill Development Programs - specialty clinics and classes for stunting to advance skills
Training partnerships with North Beast Athletics
Our goal is to create a pathway where athletes can grow season after season.

Built to Train. Built to Compete. Built to Lead.
MPCT’s Competitive Teams are designed for athletes who are ready to train with purpose and perform at a higher level.
Our program emphasizes technical precision, disciplined skill progression, and performance excellence. Every practice is structured to build strength, consistency, and confidence under pressure.
We do not rush skills.
We build them correctly.
